Excellent attorney. Katherine DeMartino is one of the best. She goes above and beyond for her clients to fight for justice. She was amazing for me and defended me against false criminal charges. The charge was Harassment 2nd Degree. My neighbor lied and signed a false affidavit that I was revving my engine. Photo is of my hybrid which neighbor stated to cop on his bodycam that I drive and is "quiet"... it was other people revving their engines. Nontheless I got the criminal charges and it went to trial. DeMartino subpoened the cop to make him testify and admit this all on the stand, as well as his offer for dinner from corrupt town officials. Got my NOT GUILTY verdict and couldn't be any happier that Katherine DeMartino fought this for me. A+++

I had 2 speeding tickets that I had Katherine take care of, and she really went to bat for me. One got dismissed, but then I got a suspension on my license for a failure to answer summons. I called the court and they tried to tell me that the judge that dismissed it, was related to the officer that wrote the ticked, and wanted me to pay a suspension lift fee. But they never contacted Katherine, or me to inform us that, they just suspended my license. I called Katherine, within a few days my license was reinstated and I never had to pay the suspension lift fee. I highly recommend her if you need a lawyer, especially for traffic tickets. She kept me informed on both tickets, and she didn’t let the court screw me over for something that was their error. Thank you Katherine, I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me!!
